System Intergration and Field Support Engineer Consultant
Responsible for providing all types of CATV product support that include installation (hardware and software), experience with various test equipment (Spectrum analyzer, Data Line Monitor, Packet Sniffer, etc.), RF and Network training. Additional experience in activation and testing of RF networks in an inside and outside plant environment, troubleshooting, and analyzing RF networks. Performed optical splicing and cable preparation, define RF system and circuit requirements, RF performance specifications, scalability testing and debugging, tracking and managing the status of field problems reported to their resolution. Provided customer training and presentations, performing network design, and assisting with the creation and review of technical field documentation.
